A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. We will email you an invoice with the date(s) you've booked to pay your deposit. The final balance is due 4 months prior to your first day of skiing, at which time you'll be emailed a reminder to pay the remainder of your balance owing.
Payments with Visa, Mastercard or Amex can be made online directly through your emailed invoice. You may also use the link on your invoice to pay by bank transfer if you prefer. Please note that all international payments (and refunds) processed via Flywire are subject to daily exchange rates.
If the final payment has not been received by the 4 months in advance deadline, K3 reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-sell the space. In this case the deposit is non-refundable.
Reservations made within 4 months of the ski date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
You may also leave a gratuity for the staff using the 'Pay Now with Flywire' link below if you wish- use the comments section to specify your trip date(s) and staff names. Thank you, this is very appreciated!
Reading and acknowledging your agreement of the Wilderness Activity Release Agreement, by emailing info@k3catski.com, will also be required before a booking is confirmed.
