A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Space is not reserved or held until the deposit is received. The final balance is then due 90 days prior to your first day of skiing. At this time the credit card on file will be automatically charged with the balance. If you would like to change your form of payment, you must contact us before that date.
Payments with Visa, Mastercard or Amex can be made either by calling us at our office (+1-250-837-5100), or by using the Flywire online payment link below. You may also use Flywire to pay by PayPal, bank transfer or e-transfer if you prefer. Please note that all payments (and refunds) processed via Flywire are subject to daily exchange rates.
If the final payment has not been received by the 90-day deadline, K3 reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-sell the space. In this case the deposit is non-refundable. (Please note that if you paid your deposit directly through Flywire, we will not have your credit card details on file in which case we will send you a reminder to make another payment).
Reservations made within 90 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.
