We offer 2 and 3-day packages, Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday and Friday to Sunday. Of course, packages may be linked for longer stays. During the winter we also offer single day and multi-day skiing that can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance. Check our Schedule or give us a call for information on openings. Guests skiing Friday to Sunday will check in to the Best Western Sicamous Inn on Thursday afternoon/evening and check out Monday morning. The same applies to those skiing during the week but with 2 days skiing and corresponding 3 nights accommodation. The Best Western Sicamous Inn has a 24 hour desk so no problem if you are arriving late.
The daily routine will be to leave in the morning from the Best Western Sicamous Inn parking lot just after 8:00 AM. We first have a quick meeting at 8:00 AM in the breakfast room of the Best Western to review and sign the waivers. For those wanting to use our skis or boards we will get you set up right after the waivers are signed. We then head out in our Toyota Tundra 4x4 trucks to the snowcat departure point, so please be ready to go with all your gear. You can put your ski boots on ahead of time or at the snowcat. There is plenty of stowage space in the cat so feel free to bring along extra clothes or gear.
Our High Season rate for 3 days of skiing Friday through Sunday with 4 nights accommodation is $1500, and for 2 days of skiing with 3 nights accommodation the rate is $1050. These rates are based on double occupancy, single occupancy is available too for an additional $50 per night. The single-day rate is $450, for 2 or more days the rate is $400 per day. These rates include accommodation, lunch, safety equipment, snowboards, skis and poles, and plenty of fine riding and skiing with fully certified guides. Single-day and multi-day rates include all of the above except accommodation. Multi-days do not need to be consecutive. If available, single-day and multi-day skiing can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance of when you want to ski. Low season rates are less; please see the table below for details.
Anyone booking a full cat (maximum 13 skiers) gets 1 free seat.
For those staying in Revelstoke you can pay and sign the waiver in advance at our downtown office (corner of Mackenzie and 2nd Street open 7 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM phone 250-837-5100). Our free shuttle will pick you up at your hotel if arrangements are made in advance. Pick up times are: 7:35 for Sutton Place (formerly Nelsen Lodge) and other places near Revelstoke Mountain Resort, 7:40 for the Coast Hillcrest, 7:45 for downtown locations and 7:50 for the Revelstoke Best Western Inn, Sandman Inn and other motels out on the highway. If you choose to drive yourself that is fine, we meet at the Skyline Esso truck stop located 43 km west of Revelstoke on Highway #1, at 8:25 AM at the west end of the parking lot. Allow yourself 30 minutes for the drive from Revelstoke and be sure to let us know you are driving out so we will be there to pick you up. You can plan on arriving back in Revelstoke around 5:30 PM.
